One of our favourite tools for mixing with in this fabulous bright colour.   Each spoon measures approximately 9 inches (21 cm) in length.

How do you make perfect and realistic flowers shapes?  Easy with this foam tray.  You just shape the flowers in the grooves and wait for them to dry. Aprrox 12 inches x 12 inches (30 x 30cm).  Wash before use.

This scoop is a little larger that the Ice Cream Scoop for Flat Topped cupcakes and is ideal for domed cupcakes.  You simply fill the scoop up and you get a perfect domed cupcake when baked.  We also use this scoop when making chocolate cupcakes which often need more mixture than vanilla cupcakes to achieve a flat top.  The recipe we teach in The Chocolatier Cupcake Class uses this scoop.

At last!  We have tried and tested a lot of scoops and found this one to be the best for creating perfect flat topped cupcakes.  You simply fill the scoop up so it is level across the top and plop the batter into a muffin case.  No measuring, weighing or guessing – all the hard work is done for you so you  get perfect flat topped cupcakes which are all identical in height.  For best results, use with our cupcake cases.

An essential little tool for helping moisten cakes with sugar syrup and sticking sugarpaste

This tool does what it says on the tin, it creates a life like veiner effect on petals and leaves and it can also be used for making smiles and eyebrows.

When piping buttercream, you need strong and non slip piping bags.  These disposable bags are excellent and we use them all the time.  Their non-slip coating means they are easy to grip.   Rolls of 10 bags.   Each bag approx 23 x 45 cm (9 x 17 inches).

This product is an ideal substitute for vanilla extract  in any recipe.  Please note that this product contains undisclosed alcohol (around 6%) in the product although this is not listed on the ingredients as it is not added as an independent ingredient but is part of the vanilla extract.

The vanilla extract we use in our classes and our cakes in GIANT 1 litre bottles.  These are equivalent to 8.5 x the smaller 118 ml bottles thus making savings when purchased by the litre.
