Gum Tragacanth
An absolute essential if you are working with sugar paste. It is by adding Gum Tragacanth that you obtain the right consistency for your sugar paste. Without it, you just cannot use the paste in the same way. You need to add 1 teaspoon of Gum Tragacanth to every 250 g of sugar paste. Each pot = 25g of gum tragacanth which is bigger than the standard size pot.
Handy Icing Bag Stand
This handy icing bag stand is a great tool to assist with keeping your icing fresh which helps the adhesion of icing, but it is also a useful tool to leave the icing bag in whilst working with various bags which helps keep your surfaces clean! The icing stand can hold up to 6 piping bags.

This tool does what it says on the tin, it creates a life like veiner effect on petals and leaves and it can also be used for making smiles and eyebrows.
Pin Tool (Scriber Needle)
An essential tool and used on most of our classes! This tool is used for marking patterns and dots on icing.
Piping Bags- Blue
When piping buttercream, you need strong and non slip piping bags. These disposable bags are excellent and we use them all the time. Their non-slip coating means they are easy to grip. Rolls of 10 bags. Each bag approx 23 x 45 cm (9 x 17 inches).
Piping Gel – 283g
Simply add and paste colour to this gel to make a bright piping gel of your choice. Can be piped with a writing nozzle to create colourful words and letters or dolloped on with a spoon to create ponds, swimming pools etc (use ice blue to colour water colour). Piping Gel is 100% edible.
