When it comes to drying big flowers like daisies, sunflowers and gerberas, you can get perfect edges if you use these little tins for drying the flowers. Pretty Witty Cakes now sell these in handy little packs of 50 so you can dry 50 flowers at a time.  You can use again and again by washing them lightly.

As used in our Big Cakes’ class.  A set of 5 different sized blossom cutters ranging from approx 1.5cm in diameter to 5 cm in diameter.  You can also purchase larger cutters here.

This is a great tool for smoothing and thinning the edges of flowers and leaves and encouraging the petals/leaves to curl.

How do you make perfect and realistic flowers shapes?  Easy with this foam tray.  You just shape the flowers in the grooves and wait for them to dry. Aprrox 12 inches x 12 inches (30 x 30cm).  Wash before use.

This handy icing bag stand is a great tool to assist with keeping your icing fresh which helps the adhesion of icing, but it is also a useful tool to leave the icing bag in whilst working with various bags which helps keep your surfaces clean! The icing stand can hold up to 6 piping bags.
