One of the most versatile ways to decorate chocolate – creating a truely professional effect in a few easy steps. Simple pour melted chocolate onto the sheet, let it set slightly (in the fridge), shape or cut accordingly and put in the fridge for around 30 minutes to chill before taking away and removing the plastic side of the transfer sheet. You are then left with fully edible and stunning chocolate decorations. You can also use transfer sheets with fondant by placing over the fondant and gently melting on with a hair dryer. Chocolate transfer sheets designs are made from cocoa and fully edible. Each sheet measures approximately 40cm (16 inches) x 30 cm (12 inches)
