Spacers

If you have trouble rolling your sugar paste all the the same height you may find spacers useful.  You place the spacers apart from each other and your blob of sugar paste in the middle.  As you roll down, the rolling pin will touch the spacers at each end stopping you from rolling wonky sugarpaste.
